College and Career Readiness Programs
All applicants will be reviewed solely on the basis of achievements, extracurriculars, and progress: we believe our program is only one half of the way to your greater success. You have to play the other part.
Institution representatives are welcome to apply for participants within their institution they believe are well qualified for this program.
These are the primary requirements to show us that you care about your future:
- Maintaining a 3.5 GPA or higher (for incoming freshman to sophomores) or a 3.9 GPA or higher (for incoming juniors to seniors).
- Maintaining a regularly-updated ‘brag sheet’ of your current and past accomplishments. Use an online resource guide if you wish to create one.
- Possessing a determined college major or (major and minor) choice for the upcoming undergraduate program.
- Possessing at least one leadership position in any community, state-level, nation-level, or international-level organization. This excludes school clubs and interest groups. The organization may be internet-based but must be registered with a state.
If you believe you may qualify for low-income status as per to Call Me Success program requirements, you may visit here for a priority code that will enable priority access to program admission. You will have to meet the requirements as listed.
Some restrictions that apply to this program include the Call Me Success mentorship being limited to those within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S., with exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska residents if they present themselves as the highest of achievers. This is due to the fact that the organization may send resources over to the applicant using our already limited funds; these states require larger shipping fees. Some other restrictions include age (10 years of age or older) and being in high school this year or the next.
The program reserves the discretion to remove any participant in the program under reasonable considerations or perceived ethics violations. You may submit an appeal to any Call Me Success program decision by contacting our representatives through the Contact page and using the header ‘Appeal My Decision.’
You may apply to the Call Me Success program even if you fall outside of these general requirements if you believe your circumstances have allowed you otherwise.
For contact with the programs department, you may email programs@callmesuccess.org.
General Counseling Program
All programs within the Call Me Success website will be 1-on-1 with the exception of the General Counseling Program.
Students, guardians of potential applicants, or institution leaders may apply for their related applicants below. All applications will be considered equally.
By applying to the General Counseling Program, you agree to all of which is stated above, the privacy policy, and that we may disqualify any participants based on these student ethics, all of which is under our discretion.
The General Counseling Program is an exciting opportunity for students who fall under the general requirements stated above. You will receive 1-on-1 mentoring through a set schedule after admission, though group mentoring may be used if there is an overflow of applicants. No matter the number of applications, only up to 150 students will be accepted. This will ensure that the high quality standards of the Call Me Success programs can still be met. Applicants with priority codes obtained through the main-page priority code retrieval link will be considered first.
The 150 accepted students will be categorized into the following limits:
- (100) Incoming Freshmen and Freshmen
- (40) Sophomores
- (10) Juniors
- ( 5 ) Seniors
A more reasonable estimate of the total number of students in this program would be 100-150 students, with 50-100 incoming freshmen and freshmen participants.
The General Counseling Program offers the following, all free of charge:
- Access to high quality 1-on-1 or group mentoring sessions no longer than once a month.
- Access to partner programs and organizations for application boosts.
- Access to personalized resources customized for each and every individual participant in the program.
- Fast follow-ups for necessary on-going project requirements.
- Project assignments, potentially with real-world companies, to build experiences and work-life culture.
The program will last until the semester the applicant applies in ends, until the applicant chooses to opt-out at any time, or until the applicant is removed for any Call Me Success code violations, whichever comes first. Some participants will be eligible for continuous programs if their counselor believes significant progress has been made. All other participants may re-apply under the General or Personal Counseling Programs.
Applicants who are accepted into this program will receive an onboarding trial period (around 2 months). During this time, additional verification may be sought and participant evaluations will proceed. You are not guaranteed a position if accepted; you will receive a unique student ID after this period or whenever your counselor determines you are ready, whichever comes first. You will not be removed with a registered student ID unless you violate any sections within the General Counseling Program description.
The program retains the discretion to remove participants at any time of the program if they violate any of which is stated within the privacy policy or student ethics. This includes not being prepared to each mentoring session in advance or not adhering to counsellor pre-set requirements.
Deadline to apply: September 15
